Thanks for checking your facts before running with a story. I'm sure it was just a minor oversight. Didn't cause much problems either...just 16 dead and riots like the one seen here. You should be proud of your "news" magazine.

"We regret that we got any part of our story wrong, and extend our sympathies to victims of the violence and to the U.S. soldiers caught in its midst," wrote the editor.

I say lets send him over to Afghanistan personally to deliver this "heartfelt" apology. I'm sure they will be happy to accept it.
